City of Corinth citizens, please be aware of a heavy smoke presence from a fire at SMC on Harper Rd. We ask at this time to please avoid the area East of SMC on Harper Rd until the fire is under control. Please use caution on Kendrick Road due to a culvert washing out. Repair of the culvert will start tomorrow and could possibly go over into Saturday. Road will be CLOSED for the repair.

PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF CORINTH - ALCORN COUNTY hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 17.9% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026 (10/1/2023 - 9/30/2026). A teleconference (via Microsoft Teams) will be held on February 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm CST for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.

Presidential Holiday Garbage Route will be as follows: Monday will be picked up on Tuesday Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday Wednesday will be picked up on Thursday Thursday will be picked up on Friday Friday will be picked up on Saturday Normal garbage routes will start back on Monday, February 24th.
