Special meeting notice for the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. This meeting will be held on February 15, 2024 in the Board Room of City Hall.

Due to the Proclamation from Gov. Reeves, City Hall will be closed until Monday, January 22 due to inclement weather. However, there will be a Special Meeting tomorrow, January 18th, at 3:00 p.m. to take up items from Tuesday’s meeting that was postponed. See Proclamation below:

Update for board meeting and supply bid: The 1/16/2024 city board meeting is being postponed again due to inclement weather. Weather permitting, it is rescheduled for Thursday, 1/18/2024, with the pre-meeting starting at 4:30 pm and the regular meeting at 5:00 pm. The supply bid that was originally set for 10:00 am on Tuesday, 1/16/2024, is also postponed again until Thursday, 1/18/2024 at 10:00 am. Weather permitting.

Due to inclement weather, the garbage routes will be delayed for the week of 1/15/2024. The schedule will be adjusted as follows, weather permitting. Monday and Tuesday routes will be picked up Wednesday 1/17/2024. Wednesday routes will be picked up Thursday 1/18/2024. Thursday and Friday routes will be picked up Friday 1/19/2024.

The 1/16/2024 City Board meeting is being postponed due to inclement weather. Weather permitting, it is rescheduled for 1/17/2024 with the pre-meeting starting at 4:30 pm and the regular meeting at 5:00 pm. The Supply Bid opening set for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 1/16/2024, is also postponed until Wednesday, 1/17/2024 at 10:00 am. Weather permitting.

Martin Luther King Day – Closed Monday January 15th Monday and Tuesday route’s will be picked up on Tuesday, January 16th.

New Years Day - Closed Monday January 1st Monday and Tuesday routes will be picked up on Tuesday, January 2nd.
