Public Notice - Winter Storm Schedules

City Hall will resume operation on Thursday, January 29th and Friday, January 30th at 9:00 a.m. The Tax Department will be taking tax payments as normal. Under MS Code § 27-41-9 (2024) being that February 1st falls on Sunday, taxpayers will have Monday, February 2nd to pay taxes without penalties. Tax payments postmarked on or before this day will be accepted without penalty. Garbage routes will resume on Monday, February 2nd, permitting roads can be traveled by city garbage trucks.
